Together with our producers we develop, designs and produces electric, hydraulic and pneumatic powered winches up to a capacity of approximately 100t depending on your application. Without or with control and software.

We design our winches using SolidWorks 3D CAD software and then produce, blast, coat and test in our own production. All welding work is carried out according to DNV NEN-EN ISO 15614-1:2012 / AWS D1.1:2010 ASME IX:2013. If desired, we can supply under purchase or full inspection by a registered inspection authority (AKI) or notified body (NoBo) such as DNV, Bureau Veritas or Lloyds Register.

Warranty and spare parts

• Together with Marotechniek, we can guarantee the supply of parts for at least 10 years, in cooperation with our partners and suppliers. We have a current stock of frequency converters up to 1500A and for all submersible motors that we have supplied we have a 4-pole 500kW motor, a gearbox, bearings, seals and mechanical seals immediately available.

On request or for larger installations, these are equipped with an internet modem so that our engineers in the office are able to provide our customers with advice and service quickly and adequately.
