This hoist operates on 230V. The lifting speed with a single steel cable is approximately 8 m/min.
Thanks to its low weight of 31 kg, the hoist can be easily installed anywhere. The power cable for the standard 230V plug connection is 6 meters long. The hoist can be attached to a swivel arm with a square tube of e.g. 50×50 mm using the 2 supplied clamps. The 4 screw holes on the top of the winch can also be used for other attachment.
The steel cable is flexible and twist-free, so that the load does not twist when it is lifted.
During winding, a certain tension must always be maintained on the cable. This keeps the steel cable tight on the drum preventing the cable from being pulled through the layers below and possibly gets stuck.
The automatic brake keeps the load firmly in place. So even if the power is lost, there is no danger for the load.
The hoist is supplied with a professional radio remote control (R4). With this radio remote control it is possible to operate multiple hoists simultaneously. Additional transmitters can also be purchased for these hoists. This way, multiple people in one building can operate the hoist, each with their own transmitter. The radio remote control works up to a distance of 60 meters.
This type of hoist can also be purchased without a trolley. (PA-hoists)Â You can also choose to operate the winch with a manual control instead of the radio remote control. In that case, the control cable is 6 meters long.
This compact 500 R4 professional hoist complies with BS and EN-14492, TÃœV/GS standards and is of course CE approved.
The housing is powder coated and the motor part is made of aluminum. Very durable.
Even the hoist is IP 54 and suitable for outdoor use when hung up it´s good to provide it with a protective cover.
